Choose Input method doesn't work using status bar

Hello Community! I hope you can help me!

The problem is if i want to change the input method (e.g. from Android's to Touchpal) the window (where i can choose what keyboard i want to use) pops up but closes half of a second later by itself. So i can't switch to another keyboard out of e.g. Tapatalk or Messaging.

So this happens to me in almost any application. But what i can do is to choose the input methid in -settings> language and input- without a problem.

I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

When you install TouchPal open it. Has 3 steps to setup the thing.

I know. That doesn't help. No matter if I use Swype, Touchpal, Swiftkey or any other keyboard. The problem still exists.

So the little window which pops up when I click "change input method" in status bar disappears immediately without letting me the chance to choose a keyboard.
