Samsung 256 gb or sandisck 200 gb es wath is more reliable and best choice?

I honestly think that you will be happy with either. I have cards from Samsung, Lexar (not sure they are in the SD card business any more) and SanDisk and they are all very reliable. I did have a SanDisk card break once, but I'm pretty sure that was the phone as it ate a couple of cards before I got rid of it. Speed wise you will probably find that the Micro SD cards will be very similar. For some reason full size SD cards perform much better and there is a greater difference in performance, but Micro SD less so.
