How can i install windows or android if i have wiped my tablet pc's hard drive?

Create a bootable windows 10 pen drive using official microsoft tool and choose your language, windows 10 home and x86 version. Charge the tablet to 100%, use a usb hub with a mouse, keyboard and the usb drive and you're ready to go. It doesn't matter if you had fully erased all the partitions. Windows will create all of them again.

But how can i install it then? From bios? And where can i download that tool from?

Yes, you must install it from bios. First you need to download microsoft tool from here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Like i said before, you need to use windows 10 home x86. Also, you will need an usb drive with at least 4gb. This will fully erase the usb drive.

When it's done, connect a usb hub and then connect the usb drive, a keyboard and mouse. It's better if it's usb, it won't work with bluetooth devices.

Power your device while pressing esc. This will take you to the bios setup. Choose Boot Manager

After that choose EFI USB DEVICE

Then you will see the usual standard windows installation screen. Just the usual. Windows will choose the home version and will activate it using the installation key recorded at the bios.

When it's all done you will need to install the drivers. If you want you can download them from here:

https://mega.nz/#!Rc00zYaL!INlC8bvEPAVVn_yyw2y3fMo70gix71Qd28Llw5VG38o

And that's it. It's not complicated. If you need something else just let me know.

You're right. You will notice at the device manager that there will be many unknown devices. After unpacking the drivers to a folder you will need to manually install each one of them right-clicking each one of them. I don't remember right now, but there will be an option for start or update driver, and then pointing to the drivers folder. After all installed you will also need to install the graphics driver, just download and install. This is the only one you will use the usual standard installation with a .exe driver:

And that's it.

Sorry man, can't help you about Android. From day one first thing i did with this tablet was to wipe Android partitions. I'm only using windows 10 home. Hopefully someone will help you with a solution for this issue.

for those who upgraded to windows 10 or reset your windows, and trying to get touch working(it's miscalibrated): u need your android rooted, install paragon & hfs+ for android, some file explorer(i use es file explorer, its useful but full of crappy ads).
first, download the correct version of "SileadTouch.fw"(i think this is the calibration data) to anywhere, then open paragon app it will ask you to change selinux mode click yes, then go to es file explorer, copy the downloaded SileadTouch.fw to 0\paragonNTFS\windows\system32\drivers\ click yes to overwrite the wrong one. Then boot back to windows and congrats u have a working touchscreen again.
fyi, press power + volume up to choose to boot into android.
