It does work for me too. However after the first softreboot I get another one or two. After that it boots up fine I'm using Flow at the moment.
But my clock color is not being themed. Is there a way to change it with another extension? I read there is something similar for Xposed, too.

This app seems to cause some issues to other software ie .. ROM tool box when the app is installed ROM tool box won't work but when I unlink substrate it works fine

I'm using Crimson cobalt

I theme my softkeys, power toggles and the climacons in eye in sky, whit the same red color

There is only 1 bug whit root explorer velocity, but that's all

I have one problem though...it doesn't theme everything for me, I might be doing something wrong. For example, the clock in the top right corner of the status bar NEVER gets changed for me, but I see it does for you guys in your themes?

Also, only some of the themes change the menu UI. Also, only some of the icons in the menu get changed, some don't. I thought that the version of CM that some themes were made for might be an issue, so I've tried some made for CM 10.1 and still, some icons and pieces are unchanged.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yes, there are some issues, for me the clock also dont changue, and the statusbar pulldown dont changue too, but the notification box yes, for me the majority of themes changue all the settings icons, statusbar icons, keyboard, sms, the numbers of dialpad, sliders, contacts,

Do you have stock rom isnt? Ok i know the bug you have, the stock roms doesnt have the stock Jellybean icons, so i have the Omars roms, who has modded settings to be like stock Jellybean
