If I wanted to go to Stable OOS from Open Beta. And I wanted it to be a complete full wipe.

What would be the easiest way to do it?

I believe that since you are willing to do a full wipe that using Oxygen Updater would be the best. You can choose what type of update you want, such as beta, or stable, as well as Full or Incremental. Now I have used it many times but I have always been on stable. I am fairly certain that you can download the FULL stable version and apply it as it is. You should receive a warning that this will WIPE your phone as you are willing to do, and then after the update is completed you will be running the latest 10.0.2 stable.
If there is anyone here reading this that has a better way, or can correct any error on my part, then please chime in!
