@Tulsadiver the same issue is there with the status bar size mod as well (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/statusbar-size-fix.4185525/).
So the same fix would be required there as well.

My apologies, I flashed the CC.zip. Had to run a command to disable all Magisk Modules to regain access to my phone but now struggling as the System UI seems to be all glitchy.

Okay, this is odd but Magisk Manager is unable to pick this file for flashing from storage. I can see other mod zip files and I can select them, but the CC.zip file is greyed out which means I cannot flash it.

Weird. I just downloaded it and flashed it fine. You might look under data/adb/modules and look for something weird there.
Edit: it probably has a disable file in the center clock folder. Delete the center clock folder and reboot.

Try this. I'll try and include this option in my adb installer in the future.
Edit: can't add it to adb. Messes with the other overlay mods.
