Clockworkmod: Error while restoring /data

Every time i try restoring my backup i get this error.

I only get this on my larger backups with ALL apps installed (~3.5gb). on the smaller backups (~1gb) it works fine.

It restores the system image, system partition, half of the data partition then gives error and stops.

Is there any solution to it.

Searched on the entire forum only definitive solution to it was to run "DARKSIDE's super wipe" but that wont run on this phone.

Try a manual restore. Extract all of the data from the backup file and manually restore from root explorer or something. It would be a pain yes. But 3.5gb is insane. How'd you possibly use that much??
