OK... So I did some testing today.... First... D two button press is kinda annoying...!!!!... Trial and error...

Abt the recovery itself.... Cache wipe and dalvik cache wipe worked.... Didn't test mounts.... Backup is where I had the issue.... I have tried twice.... Both using non touch versions... And d backup failed at exactly the same moment.... System backup shows success... (turns out to be 159k?!?!?!?)...Data backup runs for 41 secs and den fails at a point... Phone reboots and goes into bootloop... First time... I restored backup from stable recovery.... But second time(just now) # I only did a dalvik cache wipe.... And phone reboot normally.... Everything intact.... I go searching fr d log in /cache/recovery/last log...... But it does not show the failed attempt at all.... Only shows the dalvik cache wipe after the error..... So I guess there was problem in backing up of some related part.....

Oh btw... After booting I check backup sizes.... And they are identical to the ones I did in d afternoon..... Both times data backup is 32k....

Hope d info helps someone...... If the log gets saved somewhere else... Pls do tell

I think the backup initially check or verify your memory capacity, but this version does not do it, that's why it failed. Normally before backup start it will check if you have enough memory capacity and prompt you if it could not run..

it change custom recovery, not stable!

edit: and this is not signed, so u can disable sign check
Yes, I've the same "problem". I would change the stable 5.0.x cwm with this touch version (6.0), cause if I choose with power button Reboot --> Recovery I find the old cwm.
It's usefull have a link on the touch cwm

CWM 5 links please!

Hi
Can anyone help me with the touch boot cwm 5 links and how to install instructions as iwant to install it with the Quarx/Epsy CM9 builds which do not have touch bootmenu like Skank builds...will like to give some respite to the buttons and my fingures!!
From the posts above it seems version 6 has still some way to go before everything is resolved!

Epsylon's builds do have touch bootmenu, do you mean to say touch recovery, like TWRP? There is a TWRP thread in the dev forum, it should be available there.
