Cloning a phone

Hello,
Is three ANY way to clone an old phone to a new one? I mean really clone,100%, with all apps log data etc? I hate to see "Welcome" on many of them,watch app tutorials and rewrite all the passwords again and again...

Do a nandroid backup using twrp. It backs up anything and everything possible. Every little thing it can.
