I dont have the time to maintain this Thread. I work now for a Software company so I have no time for XDA..



Bug List:
-Notification Bar has 4 and a half Icon. [Reason: MIUI changed the resolution on the Stable. We need qHD and stable has HDPI]
-Video Mode is Force Closing. [Reason: Gingerbread Kernel]
-No HWA. [Reason: Gingerbread Kernel]
-GoogleVoice FC after setting up.
-Ringtone change only works one time after that the Ringtone stays like that even it shows another tone. [Reason: Tegra2 CPU is the Problem..]
-Press & hold Home Button u screen blinks. [Go to settings buttons and change home key to none. Thanks to rempty]

Fixed Bugs:
-App Manager shows only 0.00B app size. [Fixed]
-Force Close when trying sending Canera Snapshot over Whatsapp. [Fixed]
-Using Nova Launcher and adding widget FCs Settings. So u cant add widget in Nova launcher... [Fixed]
-Swiftkey ForceClose sometimes [Fixed!]



Information:
I am not a owner of an Atrix 4G anymore! (Touchscreen broke and i got my money back..)

Santajin and I try to bring a fast stable and bugfree MIUI. Thanks for using this ROM.

Instruction:
1.Wipe System/Data/Cache.
2.Flash ROM.
3.Boot ROM.
4.Flash Gapps.
5.Reboot.

Updates: This ROM Over-The-Air Update. That means u can Update the ROM over a App called "Updater".´

TWRP recovery is needed.
1. Open Updater
2. Press Menu Softkey
3. Click on "Check updates settings"
4. Uncheck "Update to monthly build only" [So u can get the weekly Update :)]

If u try the first time OTA and it happens problems like this:

1. OTA is downloading ROM and reboots to TWRP/Recovery but dosnt flash the OTA update.
2. OTA is donwloading ROM and reboots to TWRP/Recovery but failed to flash.

U have to delete the old OTA update in internal sdcard/downloaded_rom/ "the ota file". Because its corrupted. Then use the Updater App again.

U are flashing this on u own risk. If u are afraid because its made by chinese devs then keep u Hands off.

My impressions:

Camera works great (no video).
Fast and smooth.
I think works better than cm10 (maybe it's just for me).
No FC´s.

All the apps I try works.

Yes thats right thats the only reason that i am only posting this ROM. The other ones are less stable so I post the best rom i tested and use :)

If bugs are there write it ! So we can warn the people need who needs that function !

I hope everyone has a good experience with this ROM :D

Thank you so much. I really love the MIUI's customization abilities and I defiantly give it a try.
Can someone tell me before I flash it what does not work beside HWA and Video recording?
Also is it fully English?

Its fully in english. Oh right no HWA thanks for the info xD Try it like i say i tested it 2days straight and only these bugs are the one i noticed.

i am chinese and i saw miui announced to provide V5 for atrix.
and now let's say it is current supported by a miui offical dev team and being public tested last night.

and i've flashed it found stable for dailyuse.

just waiting for the new 3.1 kernel to complete it!!!

I know everyone is hyped about the kernel :) But please stay on topic about the rom and not u dreams about the kernel.

Nice that the rom is really stable for u :D

Firstly, thanks very much for the ROM. It looks fantastic!

The only issue that I have is that everything is in Chinese. Is there a way to switch it to English?

    I am so sorry for u all who waited for news... I am so busy with my work as a starting software Engineer/ IT specialist.

    News :)

    So Santajin has made a Miui v5 with the 3.1.10 kernel. One bad news one good news.
    Good news first. I had a nice Meal xD just a joke haha The MIUI v5 rom is stable enough to use it :D

    Bad news. Battery drain is present so that's not good enough to make a beta/alpha release with the 3.1.10 kernel.. Sry guys :/

    I am going to choose a tester in place of me and I hope it works :)

    Hello community :D please try not to talk to too much about off topic.

    Santajin and me are talking everyday. I hope u have some patience :) we are really happy if we can release a miui v5 + 3.1 kernel.

    So about my situation: I am not getting my atrix back.. And I am not going to buy another atrix, because I have other priorities.

    It's not like I hate my atrix but right now nexus 4 is my main phone so I am not in the situation where I really need a Atrix.

    Maybe I am going to choose someone who really has the knowledge to test in my place :) But I am still maintaining this thread :D

    Don't write me a message because of being a tester I am going to choose a tester myself! :)
