I'm curious why would you even want to use this phone on ATT? Barring some kind of weird fluke like you bought it from somewhere having a buy one get one free
sale.....


And then there is the obvious sarcastic reply, that it would be the same slow as molasses speed that all phones on AT&T's network have.

Phone is pentaband just like the Galaxy Nexus...speeds should be fine. ATT users and T-Mobile users alike have been using I727s and T989s on either network getting great speeds with the exception of the I727 having LTE capability

OP is simply asking for users to comment on their speeds

Can you provide a link for this? I was curious about this and the only real/conclusive information I found was that it just had the T-MoUS bands and euro bands...
Mobilecityonline is selling them unlocked(Screenshot in this thread). I also called their customer service and I called T-Mobile both reps told me the phone supports the 3G spectrum in AT&T when unlocked.
