Sadly to say, but there ends my journey with my Redmi Note 8 (ginkgo), has passed away (got hard bricked because emmc) and with this it ends my RR builds and any other project i had in mind, i have no intentions to get another ginkgo, was an honor to be part of this curious community; See y'all, might be we'll meet you in another device.

Hi, I'm currently using RR RROS-Q-8.7.0-20210627-ginkgo-Unofficial , and when i open Facebook app it just force stop itself, sometimes it show a ( Facebook keeps stopping ) error , when i reopen the app it doesn't show any news feeds just statues.
many genkgo users are facing this problem.
the app was working fine in the previous built ( 8.6.9 )

When I use speakerphone or wired headphones, the people on the other end of the call can hear themselves.
Have you experienced the same issue? How did you solve it?
The issue happens in several apps. I think also with normal mobile calls (when no VoIP is involved).

Two days ago i dirty flashed DqrKn3Zz 8.7.0 version, only wiped dalvik cache, all works like a charm, superb rom.

settings/rr tool/inerface/rr theme/select dark mode type

for app that don't support/detect dark go to
setting/system/devlopper option/enable override force dark

to keep this enabled after reboot add this to build.prop
debug.hwui.force_dark=true

I already instal Resurrection Remix 8.7.4 Slimstone Q and facing FB, IG, are force close. So i went flash the latest kernel mARkOS 4.14.253 and facing this issue again. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks

settings/rr tool/inerface/rr theme/select dark mode type

for app that don't support/detect dark go to
setting/system/devlopper option/enable override force dark

to keep this enabled after reboot add this to build.prop
debug.hwui.force_dark=true

Same issue with Instagram for me, installation latest mark kernel not fix this, I already wrote to him.
Latest working Instagram versions is instagram-203-0-0-29-118.apk, download this on old version application and wait for dev fix.
Please if u fix this issue with fb and Instagram write here.

Same issue with Instagram for me, installation latest mark kernel not fix this, I already wrote to him.
Latest working Instagram versions is instagram-203-0-0-29-118.apk, download this on old version application and wait for dev fix.

try updating it or use bromite webview

I don't know if this can help, instagram force close only after the second closing, example: install Instagram , open, login, all work nice, then close it with clear all apps, then open it, all work nice, but after close it second time with clear apps, after that if won't open, i have force close msg. This issue persist only after second close, very strange, I tested this detailed too many times. Beta versions not work too.

i'm not sure, read the crash log in Data/system/dropbox
maybe it will help ...
