I don't know if this can help, instagram force close only after the second closing, example: install Instagram , open, login, all work nice, then close it with clear all apps, then open it, all work nice, but after close it second time with clear apps, after that if won't open, i have force close msg. This issue persist only after second close, very strange, I tested this detailed too many times. Beta versions not work too.

i'm not sure, read the crash log in Data/system/dropbox
maybe it will help ...

On my phone, latest kernel, Facebook work fine, Google webview wants to install, i have only instagram issue with FC.

I just tested both , insta & FB , both work fine (Bromite webview 90.xxx...)
(I did not say install google one , AOSP or Bromite)

here is a tutorial to use bromite webview as system :

1-uninstall the default webview (use lucky patcher or the recovery file manager to delete)
2-reboot
3-install bromite webview
4-copy it's folder from Data/app to somewhere you remember
5-uninstall it
6-rename the folder you copied to "webview" (also the apk inside)
7-paste in System/product/app
8-reboot

it's better to remove default webview when you clean flash and replace it with bromite before 1st boot

@loopypalm I don't think it's a problem in system webview. if you read what i wrote above, the instagram app after installation works perfectly until it closes a second time, after that ig app constantly FC(if the problem was that you were talking you, app wouldn't be working the first two times perfectly).

i did not write that tutorial to fix the crash
i write to tell people how to use bromite webview (cuz it's just better than any other webview)

about the crash i don't use those apps (i just check from time to time on browser) i did not face any crash

everytime an app crash it creats a log in Data/system/Dropbox
go to that folder , delete everything , run the app , let it crash and read what it says

    CLEAN FLASH:
    • Make sure you have a custom recovery installed (TWRP is the recommended recovery)
    • Download the latest Resurrection Remix Rom & the latest OpenGapps package
    • Boot into recovery
    • Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe system, vendor, data, cache and dalvik cache as a precaution
    - Ginkgo: Flash 12.0.6 EEA Firmware
    - Willow: Flash 12.0.3 EEA/GLOBAL Firmware
    • Flash ResurrectionRemix Rom
    • Flash OpenGapps [Pico or Nano] (Optional)
    • Flash Magisk Root (Optional)
    • Format data (if you come from MIUI)
    • Reboot to recovery and then to system
    • First boot may take up to 5-10 minutes.

    DIRTY FLASH:
    • Download the latest Resurrection Remix update for your device
    • Reboot to recovery
    • Flash firmware
    • Flash Resurrection Remix update
    • Wipe dalvik cache
    • Reboot to system and wait some seconds or minutes.
    (If you flashed the recommended Gapps package mentioned above, no needed to flash them again)

    Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
    After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
    Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
    Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
    Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

    Ok guys, since the actual maintainer stays inactive for several days, i've talked with @zhantech and decide to post his unofficial RR builds there to keep up to date you, his support can be given on our RR Ginkgo group, but since Q era seems to be finished on RR, we can warranty full support. Actually i've added all of his links and updated step flashing. Also a clean flash is highly recommended if you will gonna jump from official builds to unofficial ones.
