Nope.
Flash the Nemesis Kernel after the ROM installation..
I had Magisk Manager installed but no Magisk itself.
In the zip, only the stock kernel is without a patch. Maybe the Nemesis Kernel was forgotten to integrate?

1) if u already have unlock bootoader then proceed if not then unlock it mobile will reset itself
2)flash twrp via Odin now if u have not installed yet if installed proceed to next step
3)after flashing twrp reboot Into recovery now flash desabler after that data factory reset by writing yes
4)now in recovery go to wipe sections again in advance delete data cache art and system now flash rom after flashing do not flash anything just reboot it will take some time and u r done on first setup as screen homescreen came go to magisk it will ask some additional setup let him do that device will automatically reboot after that u can flash kernel v4 as rom have kernel v3 do not update magisk yourself as kernel v4 have latest and it will update it.

I am a bit confused, quite new to rooting.

I am on Stock ROM. How to root with this ROM? Is a clear procedure laid out somewhere?

Thanks but I somehow made it .... It's working fine but I came from JetBlack ROM which was android Pie. Now it seems a little bit odd. This ROM is no doubt one of the best ROM out there and I am really greatfull to the developer. But i like the jetBlack one a lot. If the developer could make a flashable zip to make this rom a PURE BLACK ROM then I would be very happy

So, I was on Ketan and wanted to try Infinity, but I need Viper working among others (I think you are in that same boat?). So I gave this a shot and figured I'd share my observations....tl/dr Viper works perfectly.

I made a full backup of my setup on ketan.
Full wipe
Flash Infinity
Flash Nemesis
Setup ROM
Open Magisk and finish
Reboot
Reboot Recovery
Flash dual sb mod
Reboot recovery
Restore data (from my setup on ketan)

This restored ketans viper module and app....all works.

But if you want to...follow the instructions that I linked. This also works great, and is an updated version of viper. You can actually have both installed at the same time....just enable one of the modules at a time.

I have flashed my 975F with the lROM and everything worked good exept one thing
since the ROM is installed I cannot get get any phone network on SIM1 (access denied) SIM2 is working but I cannot use my microSD card when the SIM is in use.
Phone was working perfectly before flashing.
Any idea what happend?
When I install a stock ROM again SIM1 is also not working.

Look in setting-->about phone your imei.
If it's not shows that the problem.
