Hello guys,
I have a XT1641 (Moto G4 Plus) and I've just discovered that the ghost touch has a direct relationship to the screen brightness. I don't know if this has been discussed before but if you leave the brightness setting below 50% you'll likely won't have any ghost touch, not even while charging and no matter which charger you are using (turbo or not). But if you set brightness to 100%, at least on my phone, it goes crazy as soon as I unlock the phone, no matter it was inside a pocket or over the desk.

Looks like it's related to some kind of interference by the current needed to power the screen backlight.

Yep, that's already known workaround, for example here's a thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/help/ghost-tap-fix-t3680814
