[CLOSED][ROM][10.0][RAPHAEL][OFFICIAL] Evolution X | Quantum [09/23/20]

My phone just did an OTA update to latest version (Security Patch from Oct 05, 2020).
I also changed my carrier and decided to test hotspot: well, as soon as I turn it on it turns off, in other words it does not stay on.
I tested new carrier with another phone and hotspot is working fine.
Any help/ideas? Thanks!
Edit: after getting out of Wi-Fi hotspot I noticed written "Error" under.

You need to clean flash when moving from Android 10 to 11.
Also, closing this thread as 10 is basically EOL now.

Here's a pseudo-final update from me before I take my leave. I'll still be official maintainer but I'll be having psychiatric sessions by next week and who knows when will the sessions end. They will be for my betterment as a person and I hope everyone understands. Full disclosure: previous donations go to my treatment. I really am thankful for such a wonderful and supportive community (minus the naysayers). This is what keeps me going.
