I see also that the language change make parameters app to crash but it's not really a problem for me.

Is the same VoWiFi patch as for Poco F1 included in this ROM? There was a carrier problem for Poco that is said to be working with [10.0][BERYLLIUM][OFFICIAL] Evolution X [AOSP] for Poco so I asked myself if it was applied here as well since Mix 3 has similar problems.

Also I use Android Auto yesterday and when I unplug the phone, the phone screen start to blink, it's an known issue or it's just me ? (car is ford focus 2019)

Bluetooth has micro disconnects in my car. It is a VW T-Roc, half a year old. I had global Miui before and there were no problems. Is it any kind of option I need to change?

Additionally the phone crashed after pulling it from Android Auto. While connected Android Auto was working flawlessly.

Used build 20200416 and I'm having trouble working android auto. After launching AA on the car radio, the phone screen starts flicking, some time later the controls on the radio disappear (bottom bar with icons).
This is solved by enabling "always use gpu for screen compositing" through the developers menu, but this significantly reduces battery life.
Before that I used another (not yours) ROM version android 10, this problem was not observed.

im having a trouble here. first of all i dont know if its the ROM fault but anyway i'll explain. First flashing it was fine, great ROM. Suddenly today when i charge it using the original cable and adapter it says "charging slowly" like 3-4 hrs estimated time from about 35% to fully charged. Then i tried using other cable, other adapter, and it still says "charging slowly". The phone isn't even hot and i'm not using the phone when it was charging. Then i tried to clean flash by connecting it to the PC via USB, but guess what, the phone charges but there is no option to do file transfer. So now i can't do file transfer. Lastly i tried to charge it wirelessly and yeah it charged faster than using cable (the usual wireless charging speed (about 2hrs from 30ish%)). I'm confused now help

that's normal, none of the GCam ports have it working perfectly, if you want to have a full working camera experience you'll have to stay on MIUI

However you could also try ANX Camera
