Official lineage 19.1 will release in April, maybe.
You should try POSP, if you want to flash Android 12 which has official support.

i didnt flash the new rom still on stock but my phone does not boot in android and always boots up in twrp also i tried switching a/b partition didnt work

click "Reboot"- "System" in twrp, if can't solve the problem, change another slot and try again, My phone boot to Android succeed in this way.

today i tried to install a rom and now my phone keeps turning on itself into download mode rebooting dosent do anything and even if i hold the power button to force shut down the phone keeps turning back on itself that too into download mode .Everything went downhill

In download mode try "fastboot boot (twrp file name).img" in adb tool cmd, it will flash twrp, your phone still working, flash twrp back and flash new ROM your phone will be ok, watch video tutorial on youtube should help you ,there's another way to force save your phone, use Qualum 9008 flash Nokia official Android 10 ROM

The roms aren't password protected. After you sign in on the gitlab link it simply shows 404
