Ok, thanks. Any reccomendetion on as-most-as-possible-vanilla Android 12 ROM for jasmine_sprout? Tried to install GSI but it ends in bootloop(?)...

Try pixel extended or Arrow os... They are simple too.

In order to install the Official 12 (Plus Edition), should I follow the exact same steps in your tutorial videos that I previously followed to install 25-07-2022 Unofficial edition?
Does the same A and B partition concept in your EP 04 video tutorial applies here too?
The installation steps on download.pixelexperience.org are slightly different from those on the the videos.
Your advice is much appreciated.

@Immanuel Raj I'm facing a problem... The device is passing Safety net test while using mobile data, failing everytime using WiFi... I'm attaching the screenshots

I am using daily driver. There are problems
-Randomly reboot
-Call volume is higher Although call volume level lowest
-İt didnt work remote control. I tryed on the TV.
-when I activated location beside bluetooth opened.

I have some questions here and hope someone can provide answers.
- I have stable PixelExperience Android 12 Unofficial edition dated 25-07-2022 . Is it worth moving to the official 12 Edition or 12 Plus Edition?
- What exact steps should I follow? The installation steps on the PixelExperience website here? Or the same previous steps on Immanuel Raj's tutorial videos that worked successfully for Android 12 Unofficial edition dated 25-07-2022?
- Will the update steps here work after installing the official edition? They are not applicable for the unofficial edition.

Mine too. The Unofficial edition has no update. I think the Official edition (the current one) has this feature, hope so!
Can anyone who installed the official edition tell us, please?
