Did you do a clean flash?
Did you restore any settings via some sort of backup like Titanium backup?

Corrected ROM Uploaded this one will allow correct OTAs. It will be available in my Goo.im account soon

Absolutely!
I'm not sure what's up there. Its working fine for me.
You may want to try flashing it again and see if just didnt take.
If it still doesn't work reboot the phone and pull a logcat as it boots so I can look it over and see what's going on.

Are you on Straight Talk network or something similar? You may have to manually change your APN settings in order to get data.

are there any theming on like MMS or did you try some gamma saturations and etcc ?
