You cannot flash with Miflash without the special permission that only repair centers and some developers have.

You are correct....you must have auth account. This is something essential, no need to be mentioned I guess.

I know the procedure and who can perform it, I have never needed to use this mode on my many Xiaomi despite a multitude of flashes simply because I have studied well what to do and what should not be done and this before flashing.
