There is no modification in the hw_config.sh file, as it is on stock ICS ROM.
Everything is the same in the file you gave as in stock file.

So, I am quite sure it is not working.

That maybe so but whatever TK did, it is working I now have a flashing green for my sms message.

@TK I did notice one thing, when I first get the sms, it flashes orange, then every time after that it flashes green.

And as i said before, when i first get the sms message, it quickly flashes orange then green like straight away, then it will do its normal rounds of green flashes till the message is opened.
