the problem of slow download I think is due to the lack of application Xunlei, is possible add this app in the future rom?

As @Andiii wrote some posts before the problem don't exists in the CM 12.1 mod, which also doesn't include the Xunlei app. So it is probably something different.
When you check the other forums many users are complaining about it. So it is on the task list and we have to wait. For example here is the bug thread:

Reboot to recovery from APM is not working on our device( just rebooting to system. but reboot to recovery from update app works just fine

@sebsch1991 is it possible to change the recents view like aosp? If I have multiple chrome tabs open in recents view, I don't which is what.

Also is it possible to have a transparent navigation bar?

As the ROM is already rooted, you can easily freeze all Google services via apps like TitaniumBackup or just delete the apps in the filesystem.
When you want to use it without any Google service I guess you already have some experiences so that it should be easy for you to manage it.

currently i'am on latest xiaomi.eu Developer (5.11.12/13), do i need to factory reset in order to flash smui (5.11.12/13) or just wipe cache/davik?

As it is based on the same ROM I would say give it a try with just wiping cache+dalvik. But check SuperSU and the root-section of the xiaomi-security-app if it's working correctly and that there is no conflict.
If you see any strange issues you can still make a full wipe.

If you made a backup of your apps with titanium backup (or similar tools) then you can restore most of them. Of course use common sense what apps to restore and not restore. I wouldn't recommend restoring settings, system apps and such things.

If you're running smiui and going to flash a new update, then you can simply do a dirty flash (no need for full wipe), even if you chose to remoce/add any mod/app that you previously installed.

Had some issues with the latest version 5.11.12/3, so rolled back. All Google Adwords links that went through googleadservices.com were blocked/connection refused, so I couldn't use Google Shopping or any advertisers results. As if something from an adblock app had been left in the build.

Yea, there's a built in adblocker in the ROM, which you can also find in the features list in the first post
