little bit confused how to instal it,
open mobopx, flash TWRP for 6.0 then flash the ZIP file? just it? or do i'v to flash Original Marshmallow?

First Stock Recovery, then return to LP, then Original MM, then TWRP MM 6.0 and flashing B551-A

Exactly, only on stock MM, then TWRP for MM and then Kang.

If you're on MM, then you can flash Kang.

beware

those who are installing this rom , please keep a nandroid back up of any other MM version because the finger print

sensor is not working in this B551 kang vip version.

In case of no fix for that , you could easily restore to other MM version.
