I realize this is a bit of a long shot, but do any of my fellow M3 8.4 owners use the Cloud Library app? You get a login from your library (in my case in Brussels but libraries across North America & Europe offer the service) and you can borrow ebooks for a couple of weeks.
My issue is that books just don't download, the progress bar sits at 0% and doesn't shift. The developer just directs me to my library but they can't help (they're librarians, not developers). The app works fine on my other nougat tablets and phones. I have tried every version of the app I can find.
Could someone else test this, please? :angel:
