Extract build.prop using winrar and edit below lines using notepad ++

ro.product.locale.language=ru
ro.product.locale.region=ru

Change ru to en and add build.prop back to rom and flash

notification bar

I am facing a problem in v0.3
As notification bar is like 4.2 I tried to pull it down with two fingers(As our phone also supports two fingers). After that notification bar has stopped responding....
It responds once in a while so that I can pull it down but then it doesn't accept touch inputs...
I tried reflashing the ROM twice but the moment I use two fingers for notification toggles, it again stops working and this problem persists even after reboot....
Pls help......

Tried Install the V2 first.
after install the V3-Final, langauge setting still get FC.

no one devs who tries build kernel 3.x.x for our device, because this device have not standard google device config,its very hard for developing. so we cant move on

If you have time,I think it would be nice if you release pure CM10 version+init.d tweak instead UI mod version
Exactly pure CM10 more light weight than modded
