DISCLAIMAR! Do it on your own Risk, I will not be responsible if you brick your device in anyway!

Its been a hell of a ride from newbie to first custom CM-12.1 ROM for my LG G3 Dual SIM phone, I really hate STOCK ROM! anyways I think kernel will work for Dual SIM [D857/8/8HK/9] variants and porting ROM to new device will not be much of an effort. You can check if the kernel works for you without flashing, just use "fastboot boot boot.img" if you has enable fastboot on G3 (by removing "Download Mode") otherwise take Backup [ALWAYS] and flash the zip to test if its boots on your Dual SIM variants. This ROM should work fine with Dual SIM models [D857/8/8HK/9] with few bugs as user's reported.

Things Work!

Guys,

I am thinking to get a G3 Dual (I absolutely NEED dualsim).

Can you tell me how stable is this build? I will not play with phone, just web browse, email (a lot), some whatsapp/telegram, quite some google+/facebook...and also Drive,Keep...so no weird apps, but Google ones will be very much used everyday: I need stability!!!

I plan to use phone for work, must have stable build.

Please share your experience!

Pretty good in most respects. The only problem I have faced is that none of the bluetooth headsets I that own work well with this model (mic volume is very low for the persons I call). This problem is not there on any of the custom ROMs that I tried. Obviously, that's a software issue with the stock ROM. And you'll need to wait a while before LG updates this to Marshmallow. It will be one of the last models in the G3 series to get the update.

Any update to this masterpiece? I am using it everyday and loving it very much!

Since now there is official V30a with MM 6.0 also for the D858HK...any chance to get a CM13 build?

Thanks again for putting the work into this. I was wondering if you've stopped development completely? And/or moved on to CM13 for D858HK (and similar variants)?

Thank you for bringing me such a excellent ROM for my LG D857.
There are little roms adapted to D857 that could be directly installed.
Things go alright except that my OTG function just don`t work for U-disks or usb mouse. Even the signal led won`t light.
BUT when in TWRP 2.8.7.0 Recovery, OTG function is running correctly. OTG is important for me. Can there be a solution?

Besides, I downloaded some ROMs or patch such as D857_D858HK_D859_Dual_Sim saying have Aroma installation options, when in TWRP 2.8.7.0 Recovery ,there won`t appear any options. What will be the problem and what to do to solve it?

Thank you!!!!

Hi..a bit urgent. I flashed from KK, and it's done and everything is smooth. However, the keyboard is not ok and keeps popping "unfortunately, andriod keyboard (aosp) has stopped. Then googled it and found that the gapps flash was not quite right.

I followed the op to https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Google_Apps, then choose 12.1, then i redirect me to here - http://opengapps.org/?api=5.1&variant=nano , is it the right one? or anyone got the right gapps zip?

i am quite newbie here. please help me. I can go to TWRP this point.

Millions thanks.
