I'm working on getting CyanogenMod 12 to run on the Meizu MX4 Ubuntu Edition. You can see a video here

Here is so status so far

Working

Display
Touch
Orientation
Battery
Wifi
Sound
GPS
Bluetooth

Not working

Vibration
Cellular
Camera (video)
Video encoding/decoding

Issues

Unable to turn the screen on once the screen has been turned off

You can find the repo here

If people are interested I can post the recovery and update.zip here for people to test.

It's a good news. I have a Ubuntu Edition and i flash the philz via fastboot flash, i flash cm12.1 with no problem no need to do your method to install cm12.

Is the proximity sensor works?

Because on cm12.1 not really :/

If you can send link of the ROM i wanna test ^^
