CM10.1 Black background

In 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 the background is located in framework-res/drawable-nodpi under the name background_holo_dark.png. In 4.2 and 4.2.1 this has changed so I was wondering if anyone knows where the location is or what I have to do to change it to black or an image of my own choice.

I appreciate any help I get

i know...want to change this also....but im guessing is gonna need more than just replace one png....

This is what I use for everything Black. Just flash the apk it works and looks good on CM10.1 Temasek 27 4.2.1 rom. Just set your favorite black wallpaper to it. Cheers!
