Unofficial isn't bad now that I think about it, if you're sure they're showing lack of interest, release it!
Totally agreed...Official is nice, ofc, but unofficial with a good community behind it, maybe, just MAYBE, it gets even better than an official version, since it will be totally community driven and not stuck to official dev's agreement on changes

Hey arco, could you give me a hand on building a ROM for the dual sim version of S4 mini? I'd love to start on ROM development, but i have no idea where to start from...

Sir @arco68 has released an Alpha build of CM10.1 for the LTE model following his statement below.

Well, I'm not getting any feedback at all from those responsible for merging, even though I'm in the team, so it doesn't seem they're very interested or just don't care. I bet that if it was the real S4 or any other high-end device, it would have been merged asap. So I might just as well release unofficial versions.

seems to work smoothly. Thanks heaps!

Quick questions: Does the Kernel support BLN? If yes, do I have to download an app or is it native to the OS?

In the meantime, you could try ButtonLED from the XDA Android apps forum. Please let me know whether it works as I have no access to the mini at the moment.
