[CM10.1] Stock 4.2 launcher

I'm finding the speediest performance on CM10.1 with the stock 4.2 launcher. I thought I'd post it here for anyone having issues with trebuchet or for fans of the stock launcher.

yup.. stock 4.2 launcher is quite nice... but i opt for apex due to more option...
