Thanks for the work done on CM10. I have a Nook Color also and with CM10 installed (on SD), I can use my sony Bluetooth headsets and motorola keyboard. But I can't connect those 2 devices on the CM10 Nook HD+. I thought that those sucessfully being paired on the Nook Color indicated that there would be no problem with the HD+. Is this a software issue or hardware?
(I know that CM10 is in a very early stage on the HD+).

Any update on this, I cannot pair my ps3 controller using the sixaxis app
Try using the cm-10-20121228-UNOFFICIAL-ovation rom.

In short...
I've had a bit of difficulties pairing my devices with this rom, but initially I've had luck pairing my devices by turning the Bluetooth on and rebooting the tablet (though I have had an occasional failure when I've paired my headset). I seem to have issues with booting with the Bluetooth OFF and then trying to pair devices.

So then I decided to obsess over this odd thing (probably irrelevant to those who just want the thing to work, since the above information should suffice)...
I've tried a couple of runs with the Bluetooth setting on and off, with Juice Defender (Just in case) on and off as well...
Bluetooth On upon boot and Juice Defender On upon boot yields successful pairs.
Bluetooth Off upon boot and Juice Defender On upon boot yields "Can't communicate with `Device.`"
Bluetooth Off upon boot and Juice Defender Off upon boot yields "Can't communicate with `Device.`"
And for the hell of it, Bluetooth On and Juice Defender Off (both upon boot) yielded a bugged unlock screen* and successful pairs.

*Basically what happened was that I successfully slid the lock icon to the unlock position, and the lock area (the circle area below the time and date) disappeared, but the clock and date stayed upon the screen. After freaking out and tapping out the power button to try this again, I then pressed and held the n button and then the power button for about 5 seconds since the screen wouldn't give me the comforting luminescence. Thinking I broke the thing, the lock screen appeared once again, but this time with a successful unlock.

Then I thought I could try to be useful and post logs of Bluetooth Off, WIFI OFF, and Juice Defender Off upon boot (just in an attempt to get a nicer log out of it). I don't even have to, since I had a successful connection.

So I enabled WIFI and kept Juice Defender and Bluetooth off upon rebooting and the expected, failed pairings occurred.

I have the complete log, but I'm not sure I should be posting the whole thing here (or even if it may be useful). Those interested can PM me since I am too new to post links (I'd love to put it on pastebin or something). I'm not sure how to use logcat efficiently to just output logging, so I've some reading and learning to do.

In closing, thanks to those who've been working on this, and my apologies if this post is nothing more than garbage for the community. I feel like a 9 year old who's on loads of sugar that aspires to be a master coder or something.

Update: Read through the log, can't make sense out of it. Sorry.

I've found that the clock speed could be changed by setting the cpu governor to powersave under the settings application, then performance, then processor.

Also, the interactive governor allows you to set the upper bound to 365mhz.

I haven't extensively tested this, so I could be speaking of snake oil.

UPDATE: Looks like I compromised the stability of the tablet by capping it to 365mhz. I blame only myself for this feat.

In the previous CM10 version, with Interactive mode the current clock speed would be the lowest one you set. But in this 121228 version, you have to change to powersave mode to lower the clock speed.

I did change it to powersave mode last night. The battery consuming from android os dropped from 89% to 53%. There is anohter "media server" rising up to 33%. Really wired.

FWIW, I'm using cm-10-20121228-UNOFFICIAL-ovation on the Nook HD+ (Thank you again) and I can connect my BT headset fine, but the audio still plays out of the devices speakers. Is that an issue or user error?

It would appear to be an issue, at least with me and you. It seems to want to only connect to the 'phone audio,' and I can't seem to tap into the phone audio, even with applications like mumble that have the option to use the phone audio, but according to a post in the HD+ CM development, that objects like bluetooth speakers are having issues with playing audio, and perhaps the next snapshot will address this issue.

121228 works fine for me. No sound plays out from speaker when I plug the earphone in.
