We discuss here temasek's rom, which has many more features than Omni. Although we appreciate and respect Omni quite a lot, there is nobody to help you in specifics here. Try asking in the appropriate place at following address:

Face palm.
Firstly, you must first already have photosphere cam by flashing banks standard gapps.
Next, copy the Apk into /system/app
Change permission to rwrr. Do NOT rename it. Just let it over ride the old camera2
delete gallery2 as well if you have it in system/app. If you don't just skip this.
Reboot and profit.
Double check the file properties before you reboot, make sure the permissions is correct.
If u use es file manager make sure make /system read and writable.
Lastly I wanna clarify it is not my camera app. It is the camera app from slimkat.
I just change the icon color to avoid confusion with the photosphere cam. All credits goes to slimkat.

Imagine if there was written: this is a test and could brake your phone.. or (more realistic ) several user report that efs could brake..
I mean FIRST RULE OF ROM FLASHERS IS: When you flash rom you GOT to read what you are flashing because if your phonegoes crazy/broken and become a nice brick to stop paper during a storm...will be only your business and even if you will start shouting.. the only person to blame will be yourselfe.

i am using core banks GAPPS. and no i dont have the photosphere. but i was using in the past PA GAPPS so maybe the camera2 is from there.

i understand now that my options are either replace the current camera with the one you provided from slimbean rom. or flashing standard banks gapps for photosphere and doing your method which will give me 2 cameras

kadir, check if you are in the Expanded Desktop mode. some people place it on the Global Menu and maybe there is some button shortcut to it

This is an UNOFFICIAL build of CM11 ( CyanogenMod 11 ) for i9300 and by NO means this is my ROM. I am just compiling from CM Source and 100% credits goes to TeamDouche, the device maintainers of i9300 Codeworkx/XpLoDWilD and all other coders who contributed to CyanogenMod.
This is similar to a nightly from CM but has some extra goodies baked in. If you can't handle some things possible being broken, please don't use this and then complain to me for building it.

1. Disable FAST DORMANCY if your telco doesn't support it. There is an app in Play Store called "FastDormancy Toggle" for i9300.
2. Disable location services in Settings. Enable on adhoc basis is recommended.
3. Check your Gtalk - Logout if not in use.
Those troubled with wifi wakelocks like "wlan_rx_wake" and/or "wlan_ctrl_wake", pls try the following:-
- use a static IP instead of DHCP
- Change wireless network encryption method, change wifi channel, instead of using auto baseband use only 2.4 or 5GHz baseband (Wi - Fi - advanced - Wi - Fi frequency band)
- turn off uPNP in router/AP
