I used recovery which is posted few pages ago and totally dirupted my Internal Storage structure. Moved all folders of Sdcard to /0/0 folder
Restoration back was awful

There has to be a twrp made for the ultra cm12 works on many devices with twrp..

Does it show up in your contacts? If yes, I had the same issue on cm11. I had to reinstall gapps I believe. It was pretty annoying.

So again about contacts bug. I installed CM11, then dirty install CM12+gapps, synced contacts with Google account. In standart call log, sms and phone app - contact names from contacts(google synced) app are not being resoved.
I tried the latest (todays) nightly.Same issue. It looks like something goes wrong with work of dialer(phone.apk) and contacts, like they're not connected. Same with default sms app. If i use Hangouts for example - it resolves contact's names correctly when sending and recieving sms. But with phone - it is harder, couse i do not know non-default dialer which does not use standart phone.apk to make and recieve calls.
Tested on my Motorola Droid Mini xt1030M (obakem)

I found, where i was wrong. No need to flash CM11 before installing CM12, it is now standalone and does not need any patches or modifications. Thankss to all who responded to my questions.
All works great!
Also latest build is more up-to-date, and stable, button functions work properly, quick settings tiles appeared finally,Theme cooser, but i did not find any siutable themes yet((
1 thing i do not like - than Andro 5.0 feature at clean install - restoration of recent used apps from market disappeared from setup wizard((
But it is nit so important. Thanks CM team for great work!

The recovery posted above is perfect and works great I don't think we will get anything better.. Its not a very popular devices. We are lucky to even have cm support..
