CM12.1 Apps for CM13.0

CyanogenMod 12.1 Apps Can be now Installed on CM13

I am much interested on CM 12.1 than CM 13.0 but, we people want to be on latest android. so i think there will be many people like me. where as CM 12.1 apps on CM 13.0 so i have upgraded them for 6.0.1 version.

Sir,
In Android Manifest the supportive versions must be updated to latest.
ex: if 5.1.1-b1039064 change to 6.0.1
and supportive sdk version must be also changed. so for understanding we must decode the apk so i have used apktool.

I have flashed the zip in RR CM13 ROM everything is working fine except theme chooser. When I open theme chooser in setting "unfortunately, setting has stopped" is coming plz help me.
