I think there wont be problem for porting it from canvas hd to canvas 2+

@hriday one dev already working on cm12 for c2 plus @pintothakur007 he is already porting cm12 for our device you have to wait before porting.
Guys, I dont know which mistake I have done I ported rom , I am flashing CM12 by CWM 6.0.5.1...ROM Flashed!
Canvas Logo Shows and after canvas logo shows black screen comes and phone goes restart every time.

Actually kashifmin uses philz recovery for canvas hd and install the ROM...
Try to flash with philz recovery only...
Check what happens...

@ejaz.msgs We can flash rom by Cwm dont worry there is problem in Kernel for now we have to disable Selinux and for disabling selinux we have to compile new kernel without selinux. I dont have time to compile my papers were going on..so wait when and watch what will be next.

We all know that porting a newer Android OS version to a MediaTek MT6589 chipset isn't an easy task... It has successfully booted on MMX Canvas HD A116 and MMX Canvas Magnus A117. But still, our Canvas 2+ isn't able to boot it up. :crying:
Wait for a few months. We had a stable KitKat ROM after almost 10 months after KK was announced, as CM11 booted successfully in April on a MT6589. But as we can see, Lollipop booted on MT6589 just after 2-3 months of announcement of Lollipop! So means we will get a Stable Lollipop ROM soon :fingers-crossed:
So lets hope for the best and enjoy the stable KitKat ROMs out there on our device!

Yes, you are right soon we had a Stable Lollipop ROM. For booting Lollipop ROM we need a kernel I have asked kashifmin for support its lollipop rom kernel so he has said that he is busy now but he will do later and later on we had a Lollipop ROM. so :cheers:
