CM14 Can't Get Data from Cell Network

Recently bought an unlocked Moto G4 at Costco. Decided to install CyanogenMod on it. I originally put CM13 on it not realizing there was version 14. Fiddled around with CM13 for a bit then installed CM14. I am having a few problems with CM14.

The main issue is I cannot get data through my cell service. I can call and receive texts but it will not pull down data. I know it isn't my cell service because I can pop my SIM card into my old phone and it works fine. When I was running CM13 briefly, it would not recognize my SIM card. When investigating that issue, I found CM14 and decided to switch to that.

My other issues is the "Tethering & portable hotspot" item under "Wireless & networks" is grayed out. I thought this might be related to the issue I was having with no data but I saw on the top post that this is a know issue.

Anyone have any ideas. I didn't know where to ask this question since CyanogenMod went away.

You need to make sure you have the correct APN settings for att for mobile data or it wont work. Put the sim in your old phone and check the APN settings. Write them down then put them in the APN settings and it should fix the problem. Wish I knew what it was. I have net10 and that's what I had to do.
