CM 6 Stable mod THEME's

I am wondering which themes will work with CM6. Do I need to use the CM6 themes in the N1 forum, or can I use the themes here?

We need to start getting themes posted to the CM6 Theme's post on Cyanogens Theme FORM !!!!

So we will have one place to get all our themes for the HTC Hero CDMA's

does any one know how to add wallpapers in the CMWallpaper.apk file (if that is the file you add them to) in the cm nightlies?
it looks like the framework is different. do i have to edit xml files? any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that if you open the .zip in 7-zip you can drag and drop the images into the wallpaper folder and they will show up in the proper wallpaper selector. You just want to open the archive not extract this way you don't have to screw with signatures and all.

Let me know if this works, I am just taking a shot in the dark with this method but I know it worked for me when I moded a livewallpaper background to a new image.

You also have to insert the right size image for it to display properly if I remember correctly.

You can also just make a wallpaper folder in the root of you SDcard and then go from there.

perfect. thank you i will try this when i get home. i have been extracting them and then adb pushing them through again. i like it better when all my wall papers are in the same browser. loads up faster and just cleaner to me, plus you dont have to resize them when you set them. i have been sizing them to 800x960. is this correct?

No Buenos. I tried making a small and a large one like what is in the folder. Still doesn't work I guess you have to edit XML? Not sure. Any help? I am running cm nightly #120. Im learning to theme it but not too bright. Any help greatly appreciated.

I just renamed wallpapers names that I wanted to put on to the cmwallpapers.apk file to the names that were already given. (Just in case someone else was wondering) thanks for the input and I will sheck that out.
