Um think i just did something stupid, I flash flaux123 new kernel for cm7 and I also flashed the 4.5.91 wake on volume zip.. Now im stuck with a bootloop.. And I had just set my phone up with all my apps and the way I wanted it.. So my question is can I come from the bootloop some how without having to redo the whole install of CM7??

That feature is already built into CM. Wipe it and re-install. Since you're running pre-beta software its something you're going to have to get used to anyway...
oh ok, thx and u right imma have to get used.. Im a flash junky anyways..lol
I had the same issue. I went in and did a data wype and it fixed the boot loop

you could also try to flash the boot.img from inside the cm7 zip, if you're stuck in a boot loop after wiping cache/user data
