Thanks. But the animation isn't mine, just want to make that clear, that's why I linked the Boot Animation post in my original post. But anyhow, I redid the animation with the updated SystemUI.apk. Wasn't sure if you updated it yourself.i updated the OP with your animation Credit to you as well. i hope that was ok.
im meant with the HTC incredible i have no clue what they add to your build. but the 235 build systemui.apk works with 234 and 230 build - the new options.yo what do you mean by "Should be backwards compatible" cuz i am trying to do my own and its not working...
I'm on the "old" CyanogenMod 7.1 SystemUI.apk and the updated animation worked for me. I had to reboot the phone afterwards. Nothing showed up on the status bar, but once I rebooted, everything was back with no problems. Are you having problems getting it to work in general, or just after he updated the SystemUI.apk?yo what do you mean by "Should be backwards compatible" cuz i am trying to do my own and its not working...
Changed the credit to "Credit for finding and getting it to work on our phones "Thanks. the status bar was there but it was black? this will happen from time to time. you can fix by reboot or send your self a text msg. something to refresh the bar. it has to do with the system caching the large imgs in the status bar.I'm on the "old" CyanogenMod 7.1 SystemUI.apk and the updated animation worked for me. Make sure your .png is 240x480, you have the same number of images (36 for the blue animation) unless you edit the .xml for more/less, it's a .png, update the .zip (I use WinRAR, 7zip wasn't working for me), you're using an Incredible and that's about the basic things to catch problems. Its weird ... I got the first animation to work fine and dandy but when it try to add my own images it doesn't work... the only thing I change is the image .. nothing else .. I will continue to try ... cuz I haven't seen anything this cool over on our side ...

try updating to build 242 then install my mod. it should work now. they added calender to the lock screen so it messed everything up.Now I get the force close of the status bar. Don't stress it; it seems to be my issue and there is no sense chasing after a solution for it.
Ok. I will look at it after my meeting. I didn't test them all so it might be the mod.Upgraded to 242. The status bar is still force closing on the centerclockmod.zip
