So inside the inner orange ring is the white solid circle with the actual android, speaker, and lock icons themselves are black. Can that be inverted? Do you know what I mean now?
bad esn means that you cant activate it ever again. the dude stiffed VZW by not paying his bill so they lock it. only way around it is to flash to cricket and use it on a different carrier

This is one I made some time back. Tell me if it is to your liking: ICS Theme (honeycombed)
Since it is a Metamorph file, you will need to use an app from the app market called "Metamorph". However, the app can be temperamental half the time (no offense to the dev) so a lot of us have been using "ZipThemer" to make the file flashable for our particular device. This in turn makes the theme available for all device. Please nandroid before attempting this.
Also, flashing this downloaded file in recovery doesn't work as you may have tried
