If I flash CM7, what radio should I use? My phone is from ATT, sim unlocked, and I use it mainly in Europe.

Ok im a new CM7 user and i havent yet figure out the right procedure to post a bug, but here is the traditional way: i have the same screen problem as you, but it only happens when i make a call. Rite after i press that dial button, the screen turns off and i can't seem to turn it back on. When i press the power button it will flash on then off immediately, so i can't do anything. After the call ends by itself, i can't turn the screen back on by a single press, but with a long press, so its really frustrating. I look everywhere for the settings, in Cyanogenmod settings, in call settings, in dialer settings, nothing. The best one i can find is Keep screen awake in calls settings, but it doesn't work. So i hope someone can find the solution to this bug. Thanks

Did anyone come up with a fix for this? I can't download apps and the apps I do have do not show updates...love cm7 but this is a big issue!!!Yeah, it seems to work for awhile, but then it starts up again.

System and Battery Consumption
I finally flashed CM7 (the CM ¬B^¬N, and faux's enhanced stock kernel for CM7). After getting all of my apps set up and calibrating the battery, everything is fantastic, except for the battery. Using SystemPanel, it appears "system" is the culprit. Reviewing the past 8 hours (almost no phone use) "system" is showing 27.2% CPU usage. I've had battery issues in the past and it is almost always attributable to a rogue app. I am not sure what to do with "system" being the cpu hog. What can I do? Thank you in advance.

clear cache & dalvik then fix permissions. undervolt kernel, set profiles, set brightness to auto. Not sure about which app could be... CM7 as a whole uses much less system resources than a blur based rom.
EDIT: I'm pretty sure I'm just crazy...After using it for a few minutes, I'm pretty sure this keyboard is the right size.

Just two questions:
1) Does automatic brightness work?
Seems to be getting the same brightness in any situation. Brightness change was evident when i was on Alien^4 ROM.
My sensor works well (tested with "Android Sensors" app).
2) If automatic brightness works well, is there any way (MOD, or others) to change the automatic brightness levels ?
In any case, the screen is unnecessarily too bright for me, especially in low light conditions.

I have been having 4 issues with the CM7 releases (From Beta 2 to latest Ba2TF):
1. Reboot when USB is connected in storage mode.
2. Sometimes when I put my phone on standby, and then try to wake it, it doesn't work, I have to either call or connect headphones/charger to wake it up.
3. I get artifacts in Launcher Pro, specifically in the app drawer, rare, but it is there. Generally there is a abstract white icon in the top left corner where there should be the first app icon and once i touch the screen, it all becomes normal.
4. Data does not connect when I enable it, have to reboot to start it.
I am posting this here as the main CM7 thread is a mess. And wanted to know if I am the only facing such issues.

i have literally not seen any of those issues you are describing.
i dont use launcher pro, so i cant comment on that one, but i have not had any of the others happen to me. everything works as it should. hell, the data connection stays more stable than stock moto rom for me....on stock i lost data/signal all the time.
Launcher Pro we can strike off I guess, it might be an issue of Launche Pro with Tegra 2 also, and it is the least of the concerns.
However:
1. the Data issue has been reported on the CM7 thread too just recently. The user mentioned toggling airplane mode on off works, I can confirm that: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1257574&page=303

However:

1. i have been using the radio that came with 4.5.91, and data is more stable on cm7 than it was on stock or blur roms...
2. are you undervolting? running a kernel that did not come with the rom?

Try to enable the sensor filter system on CM Settings - Screen - Automatic Brightness and play a bit with the settings.

Definitely a LP issue, I've seen it on other qualcomm devices, all the app icons pile up on the top left corner until you move screen or something.
And for those with data issues, I'd suggest you try flashing N_01.77.30P radio when possible (also known as AT&T .91 radio). It's the one most if not all of the team members use, and works great.

I backed up my apn settings with the app apn backup and restore when I was on stock. Will I mess anything up if I restore them on CM7?

I've just flashed CM7 today for my atrix 4G (T-mobile UK).
Everything's excellent so far. The only gripe I have at the moment is the Camera
Basically it's finding very hard to take a good, focused picture, every shot turns out to be blurry.
I've installed the MIUI camera APK uploaded by a member. It's a bit more consistent can I do get few well focused shots about 50/50 that time.
Is this a common problem with the CM7 build right, or is it just me?
