I got it !!!!

Alarm Manager is no longer a problem. Phone now sleeping correctly. I disabled background date, topped off the battery and verified via Betterbatterystats. Now if we could disable background data while it sleeps and re-enable it when you wake it up then we'd be set.
tasker can probably do this
i thought juice defender did this already

Radio Sbf over Cm7 ?

So, one more question... Got the impression that flashing Brazil radio (I got a brazilian atrix) over the Alien rom, had improved my battery and signal, just thinking flash it over Cm7, can I do it ? Is it safe?

Thanks in advance!

Once you flash a radio, the radio "sticks" on your phone. You don't need to reflash it.

Car Dock/HD dock

So, No audio via the miniusb port? uh oh! Is there a list that I can look at to see what theyre fixing and/or implementing? I know webtop and the fingerprint reader are being fixed. Kinda sucks though in the car or at home when I'm doing work at my desk! Those docks are very convient! Thanks

Juice Defender working. 22 hours of standby and ~1hr of light use and I had 23% left. I think I still haven't selected all the apps that are using background because alarm manager is still showing up, but things are certainly much better.

I have a question about Google Navigation Beta in CM7. My GPS works fine, I'm able to get a locked signal and the app is able to calculate directions. But I can't get the audio to work. Each time I toggle the volume rocker, it just adjusts the 'Media Volume'. How do I get it to adjust 'Navigation Volume' so I can hear the turn-by-turn directions? I've double checked to make sure it's not muted in the app itself. Thanks in advance!

It's the latest version of Google Maps. I used Titanium to revert to the previous version and Navigation Volume is back.

FROM THE OP OF THE CM7 THREAD.....

Get Google Apps:
There are no Google Apps bundled with CM ROMs, because Google asked Cyanogen to remove copyrighted apps. After flashing the rom, don't forget to flash Google Addon package if you want it. ROM Manager will allow you to flash it if you just go into it and after flashing the ClockworkMod recovery for Motorola Atrix, choose Download ROMs, and pick Google Apps.

Or download and push the gapps zip for CM7 from http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Gapps#Google_Apps to the sdcard and flash it via ClockworkMod recovery.
didnt even require a search

Thanks man i appreciate it im still kind of new to this stuff so i can tend to skip over a couple small stuff
If you're new to this, you might want to pay particularly close attention to the details :) Keep you from ending up with an expensive paperweight. :D
this.

there is ZERO reason new people should skip ANYTHING.

Figured this would be the best place to post this. So last night I was messing around with ninjamorph changing my status bar and a few other things here and there. This morning when I went to open the market I was greeted with the old market asking me if I accept the terms of agreement. I'm not really worried/concerned about this as I have the new market saved on my sd but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this glitch/bug?

Going back to stock Motoblur Gingerbread after CM7...

When I flashed CM7, I didn't backup correctly and lost the stock ROM. Is there a download to get it back? I keep seeing different downloads, but nothing that talks about my exact situation.
Thanks.
