Another thing I've been wondering about...In the attached image, when I have that setting set to "On", nothing happens...shouldn't the toggles vibrate when pressed? Maybe I'm missing what it really does...
in the settings-> cyanogenmod setting -> input see feedback you can adjust how strong it vibrates. default seems to be very light setting.

Market Stuck on Loading

Anyone else having issues with the Market being stuck on "loading" when you're trying to install something or view product information? It seems to get into the innards of the market, but then it gets stuck on the loading screen. I'm about ready to tear my hair out (if I had any), and wish I could figure out how to get the old market back...

Since installing the ¬B^¬N build (released 10/25/11) I've been having an issue with the screen timing out while in the car dock. The standard dock will stay lit up indefinitely, but on two different car docks the screen times out after the designated non-docked time. The issue was not present in the Beta release of CM7. (The phone stayed awake in both docks.)

Apps such as StayAwake and Coffee resolve the issue quite handily (both tested), but I have to wonder if anyone else has had this issue. At the very least I hope the devs see this and/or are aware of it already.

For those wondering, dock audio is still a no-go. Bluetooth and the aux port work fine however.
I also have this issue. Thanks for the app recommendations.

Looks like the autobrightness thing is a confirmed bug.

A kernel may help the scroll lag. I installed faux's enhanced stock and things seem smoother for me. Keep in mind after a flash you won't see blazing speeds right away since the cache is still building.

+1 for faux's kernel. Fixed the scrolling lag for me too.

edit: checked the link for the bug. It says "status: fixed" To be perfectly honest, I don't care if it steps, but I seem to be having a problem cycling the brightness levels in the notification power control widget. Once I get it off auto, I can't seem to cycle it back to auto. When I go back to the brightness menu, my auto is unselected.

Lag == ADW. Install some other launcher (ADW EX, Launcher Pro, whatever). There's no need for a new kernel.

Did you enable auto on Settings - CM Settings - Interface - Power widget - Widget buttons - brightness modes?

The bug report at that link was just submitted yesterday. I believe the "status: fixed" is due to the team member identifying the problem and the fix for it, but we as users won't see it until a future release.

Sometimes, screen won't wake

I just fiiinally installed CM7 (the new -B^-N one) and I love it. Everything seems to be working great - except about 3 or 4 times a day, when my screen has turned off whether by automatic timeout or by me pushing the Power button to turn off the screen, the next time I try to wake it up, the screen just won't turn on no matter how many times I push the button or how long I wait in between attempts. I've discovered that if I plug it in to USB, that's enough to wake it up immediately and the screen turns on. AC Power doesn't do the same, though, and I'm not always by a computer so I've had to pull the battery.

Recap: Screen occasionally won't wake up
Temporary Solution: Plug in to USB, drivers make it wake up.

Any ideas?

I have no issue... you should wipe data and cache and installing again

So.... ddms.bat (android SDK) screen capture doesn't work with CM7????

:( sad face... b/c this was my preferred method.

Yes, I know that CM7 has a built in screen capture... quality just isn't the same.

Just download the app ringdroid, you can make notifications until your heart is content:)

Am I the only one who has issues with cm7 when restoring all user apps with tibu? I get major issues such as the system stops responding and phone keeps shutting down. I don't have this issue with any other rom. Does anyone else know why this could be happening?? I seem to be the only person with this issue?? I dont get it???
