[CM9 on Defy+] Issue playing MP3s

Hi there!

I am posting again this question in a more appropriate way.

Does anybody have problems at playing MP3s as ringtones/alarms with Quarx's CyanogenMod 9 on Motorola Defy+?

I have troubles only with some MP3s, so now I am investigating their codec, to try to replicate working/non-working settings
