[CM9.x][Guide] - Number Identification Fix

Many users noticed that when they recieve calls their telephones sometimes cant identify a telephone number and Phone.apk works too slow.
The main problem that task killer kills phone.apk from RAM, so when you recieve a call your phone.apk opens again.

Here is my medicine. Now we will make phone.apk unkillable.

1. Download and install XposedInstaller_2.1.4
2. Open XposedInstaller and click Install/update
3. Click Reboot
4. Download and Install XposedAppSettings009_1358009916_2353
5. Open XposedInstaller and go to modules.
6. Activate XposedAppSettings
7. Open XposedAppSettings and find Phone.apk
8. Activate Status slider, resident option and save.

Now your Phone.apk will be always in RAM!

won't it increase ram usage cos in your latest cm 9.2 rom the ram usage is already high

It has the same RAM usage as any another ROM. Shure, the RAM usage will be increased for about 5mb.
