After both of them downloaded, you must join that file with hjsplit. Use google if you dont have it. after 2 file has been joined, you should have 1 file with .zip extension. that .zip is you must flash. (hopefully you understand what i mean, i'm a little bit confuse when I must write in english)

What kind of error you've got? maybe corrupted file from your downloaded file. if you download the from mediafire, delete number in front of the name of file, like this.
130_project_xperis_sp_jb_cm10.zip.001 rename to project_xperis_sp_jb_cm10.zip.001
494_project_xperis_sp_jb_cm10.zip.002 rename to project_xperis_sp_jb_cm10.zip.002
then join with hjsplit. after joined you've got flashable zip like this project_xperis_sp_jb_cm10.zip
