Could anyone help to identify what icon pack used in this screenshot? Been trying "black minimal icon pack" and so on keywords but turn out to be no result. Any help would be appreciated thanks
They are from either cornie cons, candy cons, or KAIP I forget which. The 4 black ones in the middle are folders, the 2 white ones in the corners are dock icons included in the app.Could anyone help to identify what icon pack used in this screenshot? Can't you just manually change it by long pressing the icon and go thru icon picker in Nova? How annoying to make the clock icon show the actual time... Such a headache for icon designers and launcher devs to handle...Anyone has experience in handling new samsung clock icon. Since S6 the icon is showing the actual time(it's not a static icon). The problem is I've tried many icon packs but it refuses to change. I even decompile the icon packs, tried changing the package name and everthing but still no go. Those packs work just fine on older phones.
I'm sorry if this is not a right place to ask this.

Hail ?
Can't change icons with TW only with TW supported themes or thru xposed which I would never use. Just use nova and you can make it look and act just like TW without all the limitations...It's changeabled with nova but I like TW more???. Then it depends on TW. I'll keep digging.

A cheat/trick to easily change an icons set with desktop visualizer (DV):
found out by polstein
Let's say you have 12 favorite shortcuts you use & have DV widgets to.
Make a folder on your SD card called 'Icons'. Make your 12 DV icons point to 12 icons named something like 01.png to 12.png.
Have subfolders in the Icon folder like /sdcard/icons/theme1. Each theme has icons called 01.png to 12.png.
When you want to change all your icons, copy the 12 icons from theme1 to the root of the /sdcard/icons drive (overwriting the 12 files that are there). Reboot phone. Now your new icons are there.
Have as many theme subfolders as you'd like
adb remount
adb push \icons\Browser.apk /system/app/Browser.apk
