can someone help me with sp flash tool
I don't understand why it always gives me this writing while selecting the various options.
I wanted to update my Chinese android car radio with the scatter file as emilson suggested in posts 766 and 770.
but I have this problem as in the picture
I can't figure out if it's a sp flash tool problem
missing files or something.
if anyone can help me or has a working version of sp flash tool that can give me .
I look forward to your help and thank you all in advance

Two options since it has 8227L chipset, it is mediatek device but a new model we haven't seen before, but it has similarities also with qualcomm devices TS10-TS18. Must be sure prior to updating. Wrong firmware can cause problems, and if genuine firmware is lost how to get it back ? Please just to be sure , take photo of your device and its infotainment page (where device model HMI and MCU are) along with photo of device from front side

Got it, found out now that this is a F9212B chipset per device info

Please consult with senior members who actually have done this successfully (see threads about flashing ROM / bricking device) , or else you face bricking the unit. I don't think you can do it yourself.

login in XYauto , download firmware suitable for your chipset and update

It is ZXDZ unit, find on net - google firmware for unit and install latest

This is old , from 2019... You should probably ask your seller for correct firmware (MAIX.C)

You could try newer update from 2019 or 2020 but it is on your own risk! Your device HMI (microchip) is MAIX from 2019, newer from 2019 and later are TSKJ, JC or XRCH etc.
So, find on this forum using search bar by word/terms 8227L CHS UI4 Android 10 , download and install, try this... It could work.
Links for this zip update file is available also for download in thread "8227l updates and solutions" , find there.

Hey Everyone,
Has anyone had GPS trouble exactly after installing a new ROM / Firmware on these devices?
According to the app that tests the satellite reception, it's not even getting a faint signal. Just before I flashed the update, it was working fine. GPS antenna is stuck to the outside of the car.

faulty gps antenna, you should test with gps test app inside system apps and replace if faulty with new one

the gps antenna may not be faulty. the exact same thing happened to me. after trying different firmwares and then connecting the radio to the car, there was no gps signal. a simple thing helped me, I disconnected the radio, disconnected and reconnected the antenna, restarted the radio and the signal worked again. continues to work for more than a year. if there is no gps signal, probably the antenna is not receiving voltage, it should be about 3.3V. try to measure. good luck

I had that when I bought it first time but after I installed the replacement it worked all the time until I flashed a new ROM. Bit coincidental. I've tried with these GPS Apps now and sometimes it shows nothing, sometimes it pings 2 or 3 satellites.

Have a question, i try flash my su9701, and in one sec. power was gone, now display do not turn on and radio dont want boot what cani do i try pusch those switches on modele but nothing hapend, the blue led is working with 12v and usb
