I have take the wrong RUU in my ONE A9 that s why now its in american and i don t have cellular and wifi .( i m in France)

Yes but you need S-OFF because its a downgrade.

And better to edit your post and remove your IMEI number, never share this one.

And install a TWRP Backup with TWRP is possible?

Here is a TWRP Backup from me. 1.56.401.70 TWRP Backup . I do not know if it does work. Try it out.

Do not forget to unzip the Zip File. It is not a Rom.

Versions listed above are the only ones I was able to find (updated today). Europe's .401 is the most popular version after the US Unlocked version, so it will probably be available soon, but even if it become available, I'll still have the same problem explained at post #61. Will keep you updated.

I emailed HTC about getting 1.56.401.70. All they had to say was if it's not on htcdev, it's not available

.170 is for HTC__001 and HTC__016 only so I guess its an update for south Africa only.

If you want to downgrade using a RUU you need S-OFF
